Academic Language Week 6 - Citizenship

Undocumented immigrants should not be allowed citizenship because it would varify the fact that you got to come to this country the leagal way. If we get people that come to this country inleagaly then they will start telling there friends to come. But if we made some kind of card for proof that we citizens then it would simpilfy the amount of the people who are not citizens. And if we dont won't to do that then we can make it easier to become a citizen so that more people will won't to go throw the sequence the right way. As a country we can make the undocumented immigrants a citizen.

If i was put in Jing-mei's shoes to be a prodigy piano player i know I would be strees out because it a hard place to cover. I think i would tell my teacher to lightin up because I cant work under pressure and if she keep stressing me I might go crazy. And then when she lightin up i will show her that i can do it and that I work better when I am not stress out. I would also play the piano when I am not doing any thing because know that it what my teacher would won't me to do. i think the pressure of being the prodigy of my teacher would make me fell like I have somebody that belive in me.

One time when i was 10 I had to help my firend pack up all the stuff in his house cuase he was moving but I really didn't wont to help but I had to. Beofre we went to go help my friend I was playing football at my friends house and his mom told us to help but i didn't wont to but i had no ride home so I had to help them pack and put there stuff in the truck. I feelt pretty mad but then again i was uppsset because i came over to play football but i ended up helping them pack. We took all the stuff in my friends rooms because they needed help and after that we help in the living room and the dinning room. But afrter that she took us to go get some pizza and that put me in a better mode and after we ended up playing football anyway.

Academic Language Week 5 - Vaccinations

Yes I think vaccinations should be acquired for all children to get it so that they won’t affect other kids. It’s more of a positive than negative and doctors should illustrate the facts that vaccination are better so your kid wont get a up coming disease. If you estimate the amount of kids that get vaccinations and how many of them get a mental problem because they got the vaccination then the odds of not getting a mental problem are more to happen. I would won’t my kid to get a vaccine and the kids around them to get a vaccine because it makes me feel that my kid would be safer.

"Everyday Use" Before You Read: Tradition

When I am an adult I am going to follow my parents footsteps and keep doing my family reuion. This tradition has to do with the whole family getting together and have a week long family party. With my family we go to different states every year so that we can visit different places as a family. one of my happy memories with this tradition is the time we went to Baltomore and visited different things there. i would share this with my kids because they get to meet different family members and and other kids that they would only see once a year.

Dragons Den:Life Lesson

A life lesion that I learned the hard way was smoking weed because. Every time I smoke weed and get caught I always get in trouble and get something that I really like token away from me for example the football game this past Friday. I use to think that smoking wasn’t that bad but this last week I went without weed and I realized that my brain has been getting mess up because of smoking weed. Then one night I just decided that I should not smoke weed because I don’t need it and it won’t get me nowhere in life. I learned from my experience from smoking weed that I smoked because I needed to relive stress but all it was doing was give in me more stress than I already had. I know that smoking is not good for your body and I am going to try my hardest to stop smoking for good.

Dragons Den: Power Outage

On Thursday evening I was at my football team dinner when the power in the whole city went out. At first I was a little worried because it was my first time at spa when the power when out so I was just going with the flow. After dinner hour I went to the cafe and that’s when I got use to the fact that all the power in the city was out. Later on that night I went home but I couldn’t make anything to eat so I went to sleep hungry and when I woke up all the lights were back on. When the power was back on I was shock because people were telling me that it was going to be off for a couple of hours.

If i lived in the year 2053 my day would weird because i wouldnt be expecting it and i dont know what it would be like. The Contents of the Dead Man’s Pocket” Minute Paragraph

when i was ten i had got hit be a car. The car was going about 45 mph and when it hit me while i was playing football with my friends. one of my friends was throwing  the football when the car bent the corner without stoping and the car took my legs out when i jump for the ball. When i was laying on the floor my right leg was like bent to the left and i was crying and it just feelt like some one cuting my leg off. The guy that hit me got out of the car and was like freak out and after that i just pass out.

My favorite brand of shoes are Nikes because there all different types of Nikes there Jordan’s, and there Kobe’s, ECT. Some of my favorite types of Nikes are the SBs and Dunks because they fit my still of more like skater than anything else. One reason I like Nikes are because they fit pretty nice and comfortable and that they last for a long time and that you can run in them and play sports in them. Another reason is that they look nice to wear and they come in like allot of different style because shoes like vans they only got like three different style of shoes. My last reason is that the can be cheap if you know where to get them at. I like Nikes and I been wearing mostly all my life and I think am going to be wearing Nikes for a long time.

My item that i would die for i really don't have one because nothing really that important to me. But my favorite item i have is my watch because it useful. I use every day and and it tell me what day it is and the date and year. It also look nice so when I am dressing it look good on me.  And I got so use to it that if i didn't have it on i feel naked.
